LASG Arrests 19 Innocent Workers Suspected To Be Land Grabbers

LASG Arrests 19 Innocent Workers Suspected To Be Land Grabbers

The Lagos State Special Task Force on Land Grabbers has arrested 19 suspects for alleged trespass, illegal occupation, forceful land takeover and prevention of lawful entry by violence.

It was learnt that the suspects were arrested by officials of the LSSTFLG, led by the Coordinator, Owolabi Arole, and police officers attached to the Lagos State Environmental and Special Offences (Enforcement) Unit in connection with a land on Plot 1, Block II, Ogudu Phase II Government Residential Scheme in the Kosofe Local Government Area of the state.

The state Attorney-General and Commissioner for Justice, who is also the Chairman of the Special Task Force, Moyo Onigbanjo, noted that the suspects had been handed over to the police for prosecution at the Lagos State Special Offences Court in Ikeja.

He said, “The arrest is the culmination of investigation carried out by the special task force on land grabbers after a petition was submitted by attorneys of Ade Bamtefa, the petitioner and claimant of the land.

“On receiving the petition, officials of the task force swung into action. Both parties were invited for a meeting to establish the veracity or otherwise of the petition. It was, however, discovered from our findings that the arrested persons resorted to self-help by not only trespassing on the land which had been cordoned off with a ‘Keep Off’ inscription pending the conclusion of an investigation, but also erecting structures on the land.

“This is unacceptable and contrary to some sections of the Property Protection Law, 2016. Government residential schemes are planned schemes documented under the law which ordinarily shouldn’t be subject to cases of land grabbing and illegal occupation.

“This current trend of having land grabbers encroaching on land under government schemes is unacceptable and will be treated seriously like other cases of land grabbing.”

Onigbanjo urged land and property owners in the state to perfect legal documents pertaining to their property, noting that it would check land grabbers and ensure easy administration of justice in the event that such property was encroached on.

Receiving a reported average of $975,000 per advertised post, Ronaldo’s Instagram earnings far eclipse the world’s biggest celebrities, including Kylie Jenner, Selena Gomez, and Emily Ratajkowski. He also beats footballing rival Lionel Messi, who is said to have earned less than half of Ronaldo’s total with $23.3 million.

Amongst the brands Ronaldo has represented on Instagram are Clear Haircare, Nike Football, and Six Pad Europe.

“Ronaldo is the most followed human on Instagram (with 186 million followers) so companies are paying almost $1 million for posts to access his insane reach.

Nigeria @59

The difference between the poor and rich nations is not the age of the Nation. This can be demonstrated by countries like India and Egypt, which are more than 2000 years old and are still poor countries. On the other hand, Canada, Australia and New Zealand, which 150 years back were insignificant, today are developed and rich countries. The difference between the poor and rich nation does not also depend on the available natural resources. Japan has limited territory, 80% mountainous, unsuitable for agriculture or farming, but is the third in worlds economy. The country is like an immense floating factory, importing raw material from the whole world and exporting manufactured products. Second example is Switzerland, it does not grow cocoa but produces the best chocolates in the world. In her small territory she rears animals and cultivates the land only for four month in a year, nevertheless manufactures the best milk products. A small country which is an image of security which has made it the strongest world bank. Executives from rich countries who interact with their counterparts from poor countries show no significant intellectual differences. The racial or colour factors also do not evince importance: migrants heavy in laziness in their country of origin are forcefully productive in rich European countries. What then is the difference? The difference is the attitude of the people, moulded for many years by education and culture. When we analyse the conduct of the people from the rich and developed countries, it is observed that a majority abide by the following principles of life:
  1. Ethics, as basic principles.
  2. Integrity.
  3. Responsibility.
  4. The respect for Laws and Regulations.
  5. The respect from majority of citizens by right.
  6. The love for work.
  7. The effort to save and invest.
  8. The will to be productive.
  9. Punctuality.
In the poor countries a small minority follow these basic principles in their daily life. We are not poor because we lack natural resources or because nature was cruel towards us. We are poor because we lack attitude. We lack the will to follow and teach these principles of working of rich and developed societies. WE ARE IN THIS STATE BECAUSE WE WANT TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OVER EVRYTHING AND EVERYONE. WE ARE IN THIS STATE BECAUSE WE SEE SOMETHING DONE WRONG AND SAY – “LET IT BE” WE SHOULD HAVE A SPIRITED MEMORY AND ATTITUDE… ONLY THEN WILL WE BE ABLE TO CHANGE OUR PRESENT STATE…. Happy independence Nigeria!!!!

Get More Likes And Comments On Your Selfies With These 5 Creative Selfie Ideas

Selfies: (Noun) used before a verb. The ability to create amazing pictures of yourself, by yourself using the front camera of your smartphone.

Selfies have become a word that conjure up reactions such as pouting, tongue-out, head tilting, cheering, and different funny expressions from the person pressing the selfie camera button.

No doubt, selfies are fun to take, but the social media reactions in terms of likes and comments on them makes them more pleasing. Whether you like selfies or not, the truth is no one wants to end up with a bad picture on social media. This is why we have created a list of five creative tips to make your selfies picture-perfect!

  1. Strike flattering poses: strike a pose that doesn’t accentuate your best facial features and you will have people swiping to the next post without even clicking the like button. Take note that your posture matters. So, take selfies from the right angles that show clear detail of your profile. You can pop one hip to the side for a slimmer waistline, or try placing a hand on a hip for slender looking arms among other stunning poses.
  2. Check out the lighting: most people make the mistake of taking selfies by backing the light, but not only does it reflects poorly in the picture but it creates a distracting glare and overexposes your selfie. So next time, find good ambient light to illuminate your face without exposing every detail.
  3. Optimize your background: imagine taking a selfie with a background that screams creepiness. Your background is a very important element in photography. Learn to remove unnecessary distraction and clutter that can make your picture look shabby
  4. Use the right selfie camera smartphone:you can only get all these steps right if you have the most resourceful smartphone in hand. I would recommend the new itel S15 Pro, a smartphone built to fulfill a selfie lover’s dream. With a 16MP AI selfie camera and the new AI Face Beauty Mode 3.0, you get to capture not just clear but clearer, brighter and excellent selfies both in bright and low light conditions. Also, the advanced Screen Fill Light technology provides you with a softer and more balancedlight source than selfie flashlights. It also helps you to create radiant selfie moments at any time of the day. Other specs include 2GB RAM +32GB ROM (expandable up to 128GB ROM), Dual 4G internet connectivity, triple rear camera, face unlock, fingerprint sensor, and a 3000mAh battery with AI Power Master. itel S15 Pro is a smartphone for everyone that is available at an affordable price.

  1. Take selfies using high angles. Remember to take selfies horizontally. Always make use of hashtags to increase the chances of your picture getting seen.

Burna Boy is A ‘African Giant’ with a sound that defies geography

Burna Boy is A ‘African Giant’ with a sound that defies geography

The 28-year-old artist Burna Boy wields an expansive yet streamlined musical style, which incorporates Afrobeat, R&B, dancehall and reggae. On his new album, “African Giant,” he addresses topics including the legacy of British imperialism and the pursuit of unconditional love. (Aidan Cullen)

The easiest way to talk about music is to not talk about music at all. Those mysterious fluctuations of air will forever resist description — so instead, we tend to chat about who made the music, whom they made it for, whom it’s being marketed to and how. Best-case scenario, all of this extramusical talk pushes us right up to the unspeakable sensation of how the mystery actually feels.

Burna Boy seemed to have everyone talking this summer. Surfing waves of hype that felt thick with context and backstory, the 28-year-old Nigerian pop phenom’s newest album, “African Giant,” has sparked smart conversations about how today’s globalized popscape is beginning to obsolesce the idea of a foreign star“crossing over” to American audiences. Before the July splashdown of “African Giant,” Burna had already performed at Coachella, won a trophy at June’s BET Awards and landed a spot on Beyoncé’s recent promotional album for “The Lion King.” There’s no crossing over when the world is already listening.

Burna has been listening, too. He says he grew up on the songs of American rap star DMX, Jamaican dancehall titan Buju Banton and Nigerian icon Fela Kuti, the Afrobeat pioneer whom Burna’s grandfather once managed. “Everyone’s got their hero,” Burna recently told the Associated Press. “For me, that’s my hero.”

Like Kuti’s, Burna’s music feels both expansive and streamlined, worldly in its ambition yet firmly rooted in the soil from which it sprung. On “African Giant,” Burna addresses everything from the enduring legacy of British imperialism to the endless pursuit of unconditional love, singing in English and Yoruba over an assortment of cross-pollinated rhythms that resemble Afrobeat, R&B, dancehall reggae and more.

All of this might help to explain where Burna is coming from — aesthetically, geographically, spiritually, romantically — but it still doesn’t tell us much about where his voice is offering to take us.

And that’s the big question mark gently pulsing at the center of “African Giant.” How can a voice so dank and deep still feel like it’s breezing over our pretty little heads? Despite the heft of his timbre, Burna’s phrasing always feels fleet, creating a sound that’s incredibly dense and impossibly dainty. He sings like a Maytag refrigerator doing triple salchows.

At least Burna understands the enigma inside his throat, and he uses it to give his heaviest lyrics a sense of levity and optimism. “Another Story” opens with a monologue that traces Nigeria’s independence in 1960 back to a transaction between the British government and the Royal Niger Co., the mercantile company that would eventually be absorbed by Unilever. So when the music begins and it comes time for Burna to sound off on the state of Nigerian politics, he tiptoes alongside a fragile reggae pulse. “They want to tell you-oh, tell you-oh, tell you-oh — another story-oh, story-oh, story-oh,” he sings. “Since 1960, dem dey play us.” He might be feeling fundamentally aggrieved, but his soft touch communicates calm, lucidity, hope.

The trick works in reverse, too. “On the Low” moves at a similar feel and tempo to “Another Story,” but this time, Burna is crooning about a secret affair that he hopes to turn into a lifelong commitment. “I’m tryna put the ring on your finger,” he flirts, the weight of his voice tethering his sweet nothings to the ground.

It’s impossible to tell which way this planet’s gravity is pulling during the most potent moment on “African Giant.” It comes during “Killin Dem,” a duet with Nigerian rapper Zlatan. The percussion clatters. A synthesizer oozes like a wound. The mood is menace and the talk is tough. But between the verse and the chorus, Burna generates a groan so sodden and slippery with beautiful melody, it’s impossible to describe what’s truly being expressed.

If your mouth fails you in this divine moment, your body won’t. The easiest way to understand a sound this astonishing is to stop talking and start dancing.

Burna Boy performs at the Fillmore Silver Spring on Sept. 15 and 16.

What irritates you most about other people: I hate people who are manipulative and condescending

What will you do with the prize money: Pay for a trip for my parents, my kid brother and myself to go see my sister in the UK. I’d also give a certain amount to my sister and then invest in my business, amongst other things.

#BBNaija : Day 61: A Hard Knock Life

Team Enigma won this week’s Wager in the Big Brother Naija House and as usual, we had some bittersweet moments that accompanied the win. While team Enigma was making a racket about their victory, team Legends were in all shades of pain (which they didn’t bother to hide) especially as Big Brother prepared their minds for a punishment they will serve.

Esther was really sad about her team’s loss though she didn’t open any floodgates of tears, her mood wasn’t upbeat either. Esther told Frodd that she couldn’t just snap out of it. Obviously, her misery was looking for company but Frodd anticipated this and encouraged her to move on. Anyway, one thing we know is that this tweet agrees that this is not a good time for Esther.

Rehearsal Is The Key To Success

While Omashola was schooling his team on the importance of rehearsals, Seyi was giving an appreciation speech to his team for presenting a performance that sealed their victory.

More often than not, we have seen teams who thought they put in their best for a Task but it turned out that their best was not enough. After the Task comes the blame game which at that point is quite unnecessary but who will tell them?

Here’s what these tweeps thought about their presentations

Well, another Wager Task has come and gone, for team Legends, perhaps it’s time to buckle up.

Vigilante Members Arrested Over Murder Of A 400 level Student

3 Vigilante members arrested over the gruesome murder of a 24-year old 400 level student of Olabisi Onabanjo University

Operatives of the Ogun State Police Command have arrested three members of a local vigilante group in Ijebu-Igbo, popularly known as “Yaluwon” over the gruesome murder of a 24-year old 400 level student of Olabisi Onabanjo University, OOU.

The Police Public Relations Officer, PPRO, DSP, Abimbola Oyeyemi in a press statement said the suspects, Idowu Ayodele a.k.a Olori Odo, Segun Ogunbanwo Kikisore and Salisu Akeem were arrested following a petition written to the Commissioner of Police by the father of the victim, one Surakat Obisanwo who complained that his son, Ahmed Obisanwo and one of his friends were arrested on the 8th of August, 2019 at Ijebu-Igbo by the local security outfit on allegation that the two friends were members of Eiye cult group.

Obisanwo further stated in his petition that the security men claimed that they were taken the arrested victims to Ijebu-Igbo Police Station but the enquiry made at the police station revealed that the boys were never taken there and since then the where about of his son had been unknown.

On the strength of the petition, the Commissioner of Police, CP Bashir Makama directed the anti-cultist section to investigate and unravel the mystery behind the disappearance of the victim.

The statement stated further that the team embarked on technical and forensic investigation through which they discovered that the two boys were never at any time taken to the police station but that instead, the security men released one of them and killed the other one who happened to be the son of the petitioner.

After killing him, they stripped his corpse naked before throwing it into Osun river for it to flow freely into the lagoon. Recovered from them are: four locally made double barrel guns, 10 live cartridges, one iron axe, one native dagger and one jacket with security inscription on it.

#BBNaija : Khafi replaces Gedoni with a ‘teddy bear’

#BBNaija : Khafi replaces Gedoni with a ‘teddy bear’

It appears Big Brother Naija housemate Khafi has found another companion since the eviction of her love interest, Gedoni.

Gedoni’s journey in the Big Brother house ended on Sunday, August 25, for having one of the lowest number of votes.

Since then, the tears keep flowing as Khafi seems not to have gotten over the pains of seeing the fashion designer leave the house.

#BBNaija : Khafi replaces Gedoni with a ‘teddy bear’

Khafi had earlier told Cindy that she feels lonely that her stress reliever and boo was evicted from the ‘pepper dem’ house.

Recall that Khafi and Gedoni over time stirred reactions on social media, as a result of their frequent engagement in sex.

Just when we thought the Head of House feat was a consolation for the police officer, Khafi was spotted brooding on Tuesday afternoon.

As Khafi lay on the bed she shared with Gedoni, a teddybear-like object wearing the fashion designer’s cap was seen lying close to her.

Perhaps the object is another representation of her lover.

“We had independently launched intensive investigative actions against the infamous Yahoo Yahoo boys culminating in various strategic raids and onslaught on their hideouts.

“Our efforts in this regard have recorded tremendous successes leading to a number of arrests, prosecutions and convictions.”

Magu also called on the media to continue to lend its voice to the fight against corruption and economic and financial crimes, saying that “no one has the monopoly of knowledge of how the fight should be fought and won.

The FBI had released a list of 80 persons – mostly Nigerians – for their alleged role in email scams in which Americans were duped of over $70m.

ASAP Rocky found guilty of assault but spared jail

ASAP Rocky found guilty of assault but spared jail in Swedish trial

The case has attracted widespread attention, with Kim Kardashian West, Rod Stewart and even President Donald Trump calling on Swedish authorities to release the rapper.

Rapper ASAP Rocky was found guilty of assault Wednesday by a Swedish court but will avoid further jail time.

The rapper was handed a suspended sentence after the court found that the assault was not “of such a serious nature” as to warrant more time behind bars.

Rocky, whose real name is Rakim Mayers, was arrested in Stockholm in July after he and two members of his entourage got into a street brawl with Mustafa Jafari, 19.

Prosecutors asked the court to convict Mayers, 30, and sentence him to at least six months in jail. But Per Lennerbrant, the senior judge presiding over the case, said the prosecution failed to prove the extent of the seriousness of the attack.

However, the rapper and his entourage were not without fault, the court found.

“The artist is convicted of his own use of violence,” Lennerbrant said through a court translator.

The trio were ordered to pay 12,500 Swedish krona — roughly $1,300 — in damages to the victim. They are also required to repay the legal fees of the victim and the state.

The rapper’s lawyer said they were “disappointed” in the news.

“The court has recognized that Rocky and his party were followed and harassed, that no bottle was used, that Rocky didn’t act in a joined attack with the others and that Rocky didn’t inflict any wounds on the victim and that is a win. But the court has also concluded that Rocky didn’t act in self-defense,” the lawyer, Slobodan Jovic, said.

“It’s a conclusion that Rocky and I don’t agree with.”

A judge ordered the Harlem rapper released from custody earlier this month pending the verdict of the trial. He was allowed to leave the country and over the weekend, he told fans at an Anaheim, California, concert that the arrest was “scary” and “humbling.”

The case has attracted widespread attention, with reality television star Kim Kardashian West, singer Rod Stewart and even President Donald Trump calling on Swedish authorities to release the rapper, claiming he was treated unfairly.

As it advocated for the rapper’s release, the U.S. government went so far as to warn Sweden of “negative consequences,” according to a pair of letters released by the Swedish Prosecution Authority.

But the country’s prime minister, Stefan Löfven, told Trump that the rapper would not receive special treatment and that politicians should not interfere with judicial matters.

The two-time Grammy nominee, who was in Stockholm headlining a festival, has said that he was unfairly treated because he is black.

Mayers and the two others accused in the assault pleaded not guilty and said they were acting in self-defense after being harassed by two men, including the alleged victim.

Mayers told the court earlier this month that he was sightseeing when his group was approached by the two men who wouldn’t leave them alone. He said that his security guard pushed one of them away, at which point the men became more aggressive and Mayers got involved in the physical dispute.

The court disagreed with the self-defense claim, finding that “the defendants were not subject to a current or imminent criminal attack,” a statement from the courts said.

However it found that the trial failed to prove the victim had been hit in the head with a bottle as Jafari alleged, the statement said.

TALK ZONE:LAST LONG ON BED.

According to Dr. Harry Fisch, author of The New Naked,an astonishing 45 percent of men climax in two minutes or less when they’re having sex. Women, on the other hand, need more than 15 minutes of sexual stimulation to achieve orgasm. Combine those two facts and you’re looking at a seriously inconvenient truth—and a lot of people who are wondering how to last longer in bed.Luckily, there are a number of things you can do to prolong sex. And so in order to help you be the best partner possible, we’ve rounded up the best tips for how to last longer in bed.

Ever heard of “edging?” It means building up to what’s called “ejaculatory inevitability”—the orgasmic point of (almost) no return—then standing down for a minute or so before restarting the action. You probably already know what the point of no return feels like—and the key here is to know what the moment just before that feels like. When you feel that feeling while having sex, do something that doesn’t involve your penis, such as orally or stimulating your partner—provided that’s not a trigger for you.

Eventually, build up to at least 20 minutes of stop-start action to give your partner a chance of having an orgasm before or at the same time as you do. When you get comfortable with knowing where your tipping point is, you can cruise along in that zone without the time-outs. Plus, delaying your climax will make your orgasm all that more powerful.

2. Change things up during sex.

Relationship expert and family therapist Dr. Jane Greer says that experimenting with new positions and sensations can often help men last longer in bed. Her reasoning is positively Pavlovian: Routine sex positions and foreplay can make your body anticipate climax and bring on the finale—even if it’s earlier than you had in mind. Doing things in a different order may help delay it. “The more awkward and unfamiliar, the better,” she says.

3. Improve your cardio routine.

Improving your overall health can have a huge effect on your sex life. Cardio exercise such as aerobics, swimming, running, or jogging can strengthen your lungs and increase their capacity—and that’s exactly what you’ll need if you’re wondering how to last longer in bed.

Cardio will also help boost your metabolism, improving circulation to your heart, lungs, and penis. Working out has even been shown to stimulate the release of endorphins, which can help you release tension, stay calm, and enjoy sexual contact, lowering the chances of shooting your bolt in a hurry.

4. Do kegel exercises.

a row of urinals outside, how to last longer in bed

The best way to strengthen the pubococcygeus muscle (PC muscle), which helps control ejaculation, is to perform kegel exercises. The easiest way for you to find the PC muscle is to stop the flow of pee when you use the bathroom. You’re using the PC muscle to do that!

To do kegels, quickly clench and release the PC muscle repeatedly for 10 seconds. Do three sets, with a 10-second break between sets. Once you’re into a good routine, you can start busting out your new skill while having sex. Contract your PC muscle when you’re close to orgasm, and you ought to be able to put a lid on things until everyone is ready.

5. Engage in lots of foreplay.

Foreplay. The name we give to every other time of sexual play besides intercourse is frankly a misnomer. Kissing, massage, frottage, manual, and oral stimulation doesn’t have to go before anything. Returning to outercourse—a less misleading name for non-penetrative sex play—is both a good way to make sex less scripted and slow the action down.

But that’s not all. About 75 percent of all women never reach orgasm from intercourse alone, so chunking up your sessions with activities that are more likely to drive her wild is a proven way to increase her chances of finishing with a smile on her face.

6. Take advantage of the refractory period.

woman sitting next to man sleeping in bed, how to last longer in bed

A man’s refractory period is the length of time between when he ejaculates and when he can achieve and maintain another erection. Studies have shown that 18-year-old males have a refractory period of about 15 minutes, while those in their 70s take about 20 hours. (The average for all men in general about half an hour.)

However, this intermission is a great opportunity for a man with a snoozing cuke to turn his attention to pleasing his partner. Your returning erection doesn’t just mean the possibility of a second round but, because many men experience less sensitivity during an encore performance, the intercourse is likely to last longer.

7. Use condoms.

When used correctly, condoms are an effective way of reducing your chances of conceiving a child and contracting a number of sexually transmitted infections. They’re also pretty good at reducing sensation, which means that slipping one on could help you in your quest for how to last longer in bed. If you’re in the market for a thicker condom to decrease sensation,

8. Masturbate before sex.

man taking shower, how to last longer in bed

For some men, masturbating to completion an hour or two before sex can make the main event last longer. Indeed, this sex-lengthening technique was explored in the movie Something About Mary—though in that depiction, Ben Stiller’s character’s pre-gaming had only comical results.

9. Take breaks during sex.

man and woman looking at each other during sex

Provided you don’t have any pressing appointments, taking breaks during your session is a simple and effective way to slow down sex, savor the moment, and increase your mutual satisfaction. When things feel as though they are reaching a conclusion prematurely, stop and do something that buys time. Return to kissing, cuddling, massage, sensation play—or, better yet, transmute the fire in your loins into doing something that your partner goes wild for.

10. Try Viagra for premature ejaculation.

man holding blue pills, how to last longer in bed

Sildenafil (known by most by the brand name, Viagra) is intended to help men with erectile dysfunction achieve and maintain erections—and, for a lot of ED sufferers, that’s precisely what it does. But studies have shown that sildenafil does more than put lead in one’s pencil.

A 2007 study published in the International Journal of Urologyshowed that sildenafil is very effective in treating premature ejaculation; while research published in early 2000 in the journal Human Reproductionfound that sildenafil shortened the refractory period by an average of 11 minutes men who are around 32 years old.

11. Incorporate more eye contact.

kissing in bed, how to last longer in bed

Making eye contact with your partner is a way of getting real-time sexual feedback and can be employed as a synchronizing signal. It’s also a gesture of respect, understanding, and interest, so more of it is highly likely to make sex not just longer but better for you and your partner.

Instead of worrying about how to last longer in bed, take a few moments to intentionally lock eyes and hold that mutual gaze for sexier engagement. At the very least, this eye contact will add some time to your routine. But you may also find that it helps you to connect with your partner in a more meaningful way.

12. Talk to your partner.

couple laughing in bed, how to last longer in bed

If sex seems to be shorter than you and your partner like, talk about it. You could start off by voicing your intention. Something like: “I love the sex we have so much and I want it to last longer.” You could also present the situation as a compliment: “I get so turned on when we’re in bed together that it’s difficult not to lose control.”

You may find that voicing the issue—rather than avoiding or ignoring it—may have an immediate effect the next time you have at it. From there, you can enlist your partner’s help in helping sex last longer by talking about incorporating the items listed above. “Tonight, I’d really like to make more eye contact/take breaks/try the squeeze method/emphasize outercourse, et cetera.”

13. Talk to a professional about how to last longer in bed.

couple talking to doctor, how to last longer in bed

If you try all of the items above and sex still doesn’t last as long as you and your partner would like, it might be time to consult a therapist as an individual or as a couple. Many sexual dysfunctions are rooted in psychology rather than physiology, and this is particularly true of premature ejaculation. A 2013 study published in Japanese Psychological Research looked at 15 PE sufferers who underwent eight to twelve sessions of therapy and found that the changes that took place were “statistically significant with a tendency towards improvement.”

14. Employ the squeeze method.

man and woman talking in bed, how to last longer in bed

Perhaps you’ve stumbled upon a Showtime drama called Masters of Sex. It depicts the lives and work of Dr. William Masters and Virginia Johnson, two-person research team who explored the nature of the human sexual response and the diagnosis and treatment of sexual dysfunctions and disorders from 1957 until the 1990s. Part of their legacy was their prescribing of the squeeze technique to delay ejaculation and prolong the length of sexual intercourse.

They told women to place the thumb, index, and middle fingers around the tip of his penis, and squeeze immediately before a man was reaching ejaculatory inevitability and keep squeezing until that feeling had subsided and his body relaxed before slowly release the pressure. Give it a try. While a man will lose some or most of his erection, he should be able to recover it quickly and start again.

15. Try a numbing condom.

condoms, how to last longer in bed

Shutterstock

The methods above should markedly improve your sexual stamina and hopefully, provide an answer to how to last longer in bed. But the nuclear option is to use a product designed to temporarily desensitize your penis. Durex, Trojan, and Lifestyles all offer condoms that contain between 4 and 5 percent benzocaine, a numbing agent that will reduce your johnson’s sensitivity and, ideally, enable you to slow down the clock during your next session.

If condoms aren’t part of your routine, you can desensitize your penis by using a numbing spray. Dr. Ian Kerner, author of She Comes First, also recommends Promescent. “You spray it once or twice on the head of the penis, and it absorbs really well, so a woman isn’t going to experience residual numbing,” he says.

Nigeria population at 190million

Nigeria population at 190million,The National Population Commission DG explained that the urgency of a census had positive implications for national security.
The National Population Commission has estimated that the population of the country is about 190 million.
The Director-General of the commission, Dr Ghaji Ismail, who spoke at a press conference on Tuesday, said it was imperative to conduct another census as soon as possible.
Ismail said:-
The NPC DG explained that the urgency of a census had positive implications for national security.

Watch Here “Based on data available to us, the present population is about 190 million. About three months ago, the United National Population Fund brought out a figure of 201 million. The UN figure is a function of the assumptions we both made.
“You have to use models to arrive at the figures you are projecting. The margin of error is very small. It is more imperative that the government should undertake another census.
“It strengthens our case that we should have undertaken another census. The last one was in 2006 and we should have had another in 2016 in line with the 10-year global requirement.” “

“In the last three or four years, we have been preparing and there is a process which gives us a lot of hope that this will soon be addressed.
“We have been groping in the dark in terms of dealing with Boko Haram and other forms of insecurity but we are sure that the government will move swiftly.” “

The Most Dangerous Roads In Lagos (Read)

The Most Dangerous Roads In Lagos

With a heavy heart i write this post

Last week we lost a young chap to one chance in one of the most dangerous roads in Lagos, this roads are the places you would see high rate of high way robbers, one chance, kidnapper and Ritusliast in Lagos and even crazy tanker drivers

It is better to be late to work than to be early in death, a lot of lagosians have been killed because the average lagosian leaves his or her house as early as 4:30am , you dont believe me come out around 400am anywhere in Lagos and you would meet thousands on the road, this is the time most one chnace actors act their film.

I encourage everyone that live early to work to get a shared apartment or stay with a collegue or relation than to put one self in danger, there are thousands of places to get shared apartmemts in Lagos close to your work place

Lagos Population is not a blessing but a curse that is affecting a lot of hardworking people in Lagos, everyone wants to come to lagos thinking money grows on trees and when they come they get dissapointed and discover is not as potrayed in movies, because of shame a lot wont go back home but would pick up a life of crime

I implore the Lagos State Government to please do something about one chance in Lagos, lagos state should please install cctv cameras on all highways in lagos or better still get adequate police to man this roads or high ways

Commuters should make sure to enter buses at the garage and not just any place , as NURTW monitor and know most of this drivers and even conductors
Dont enter danfo bus without the yellow color, dont be in a hurry to enter bus observe by looking before you enter the bus

Lets get started

Isheri-Igando-Iyana Iba

Believe me this is the most dangerous road in south west Nigeria, two people close to me have entered one chance on this road. one was held from 4pm to 4am the next morning.

Ojo-Festac-Agbara

This is due to the fact that this road is connected to iyana iba, most people living in this place we know of 1 million boys that terrorise this location daily

Mowe-Berger

A lot of things happen on this road, if you are not careful in the night, you could be stabbed to death by herdsmen

Oshodi-IlasaMaja-Cele

This is another hot one chance spot, growing up in this place you would see dead bodies on the highway that was in 2004,2005 and so. i believe it is reduced now

Tincan-Ijora

The reason this place is here is because of the menace of tanker drivers, tincan road is messed up so when the drunk tanker drivers are driving on dangerous poth holes they dont care this leads the tanker to tilt and in the process lose balance, most of the tankers are not belted

OjuelegbaOjuelegba is in the same category has tincan, you would imagine tanker drivers climbing that bridge without been belter

New Garage-First Gate – Odogunyan Road

i remember a time when a tanker driver was climbing the sloopy road before first bank located at laspotech gate, a woman was driving was at his back and the unimaginable happened, the tanker slooped back and crushed the woman with her car the painful part was the woman was pregnant. make me to ask who do they award lagos roads too

Badagry

Badagry is on the list too

Charly Boy- Gbagada

This is the highway link between lagos mainland and island, if you enter one chance on this highway the chances you would survive is very slim, once they are done with you they would push you on the highway
